In order to use the BAND App, you first need to download it onto your phone from the App Store if you have an iPhone or the Google Play Store if you use an Android or something similar.
From here, you need to create an account. When you open the app, you will be given the option to: Sign Up with Mobile or Email, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Google. If you select "Sign up with Mobile or Email" you will be asked to put in your email, create a password, input your name and date of birth. If you select "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google", it should automatically fill your information in and create an account for you. No matter which option you select, you will need to verify your email address when you sign up. Double check that this verification email was not sent to your SPAM folder by mistake.
Once you have completed this, you can restart the BAND App and you will have your account created. Now, click on your child's ENSEMBLE in the MENU at the top of the page to find more information about how to register for your child's group in the BAND App.
